At The Terra Home, we currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

  • Standard Shipping – £3.99 for orders under £100

  • Free Shipping – for all orders over £100

Orders are processed Monday–Friday and typically dispatched within 2–3 working days. Delivery takes approximately 1–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your eco-friendly homeware. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be in their original condition (unused and in original packaging).
